Hire Santa Palm Beach (“we”) operates hiresantapalmbeach.com. This page explains what we collect when you call, use the booking form, or browse the site. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
If you call (561) 899-5445 or submit the booking form, we collect the name, phone, email, date, town, and event notes you give us so we can answer and book. The site may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not sell your information.
How we use it
We use booking details to check the date, send Santa to the right door, and follow up on the hour you asked about. We may use email or phone to confirm the window. Technical logs help us keep the site working. We do not use this site to run fake reviews or public guest lists.
Forms, cookies, and third parties
The booking form is Fluent Forms on this WordPress site. The host and email tools that deliver the form may process the message. The site may set cookies needed to run WordPress, security, and analytics if those tools are on. We do not control every third-party cookie from embedded fonts or CDNs.
Children
This site is for adults booking a performer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the form. Photos of children at an event stay with the host unless you have a separate photo plan.
