People who hire a Santa near you in Palm Beach are booking a performer for a real room — an island courtyard, a West Palm Beach living room, a Gardens gate — not a costume shop.

Who you are calling
Ask for the booking desk. We send Santa to homes, offices, schools, and photo lines in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach — two towns — and through Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and Wellington. The traditional suit is the lower-cost option. A real-bearded Santa costs more. Mrs. Claus and elves are add-ons when the room can take them. See Santa services for the full list.
We work the North End, Midtown, the Estate Section, and South End condos on the island; Downtown West Palm Beach, El Cid, Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights, Prospect Park, Northwood, and SoSo across the water. Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and Wellington have their own pages because the load-in is not the same. The rest of the map is on service areas.
How a booking actually happens
You call with the date, the town, indoor or outdoor, and the room type. We tell you if the hour is open and which look we can send. We do not quote a number we have not given you. We do not stack two far sides of the county on one performer in the same hour. Warm December nights with royal palms in white lights are the usual set.
A Santa home visit is the living-room job. Offices, campuses, and photo lines are the others. Tell us which one you mean in the first sentence so we send the right window.
What we need on the call
Date. Town. Start time. Building type — house, condo, office, campus. Gate or desk if there is one. Whether the kids are small enough that the hour should be short. Whether you want the traditional suit or the real beard. If Grandma is driving in from Jupiter or Wellington, use her arrival, not the invite.
Visitor parking and elevator notes are yours to flag. We do not promise a specific entrance. We do ask which door you want used. Island courtyards and West Palm Beach bungalows are both fine if we know which one it is.
The towns on this desk
North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Tequesta, Lake Park, Riviera Beach, Singer Island, Palm Beach Shores, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, The Acreage, Westlake, Greenacres, Lake Worth Beach, Lantana, Lake Clarke Shores, Atlantis, Hypoluxo, and Manalapan use the same roster. December Saturdays fill. A Tuesday in early December is easier. If two families want the same hour, say both zips. Date, town, indoor or outdoor. Call (561) 899-5445
