These terms cover the use of hiresantapalmbeach.com and bookings made with Hire Santa Palm Beach by phone or through the form on this site.
The service
We book professional Santa performers for homes, offices, schools, churches, and photo sessions in Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and the towns listed on this site. A booking is not complete until we confirm the date, the town, and the hour with you by phone. Prices are given on that call. This site does not post a rate sheet.
Your job as the host
You provide a true date, town, and address. You put Santa’s name on a gate list or front desk when the building requires it. You meet him at the door you named. You tell us indoor or outdoor and whether children will see the arrival. We do not promise a specific entrance, parking space, or travel method.
Changes and cancellations
Call as soon as the hour changes. December Saturdays and Christmas Eve windows are limited. We will tell you on the phone what we can still do. Weather in December here is usually warm; outdoor hours still need shade or air because Santa wears the full suit. We do not promise the weather.
